The Tehri district magistrate Mayur Dixit met bankers regarding the works to be done under CSR. Officials of various banks were asked to use the funds allocated under CSR for good works and to inform the administration before spending them.
The DM asked the officials concerned to install computer systems in Degree College Pokhal and Degree College Khadi from the CSR funds through the banks concerned. Further, he asked the banks to provide smart class system, furniture, uniforms, computers, school bags and shoes among others to schools up to intermediate level. Besides, the DM stressed on activities in the disaster- affected areas like distributing food and
inquired about the loan distribution under various schemes by the banks.
