The Dehradun district magistrate Savin Basnal flagged off a cycle and bike rally dedicated to road safety and environment from Mussoorie Diversion, Rajpur Road early on Saturday.
The rally ended in Mussoorie. DM said that the rally had been organised with twin objective: environmental protection and road safety. Both were important, he said, adding that it was the collective responsibility to protect environment and mitigate mishaps by sincerely observing the traffic safety rules.
