Doon-based pharma company allegedly duped of Rs 2.14 crore

In Dehradun latest news, police registered a fraud case against two officers of a Delhi-based pharma company on the complaint filed by the executive director of the Dehradun-based pharmaceutical company Windlas Biotech Limited Pawan Kumar.  Kumar alleged that following business negotiation with a pharma company based in sector 12 in Dwarka, Delhi, his company had sent medicines worth Rs 3.16 crore. The Delhi-based company had cleared Rs 1.04 crore but it was yet to clear Rs 2.14 crore, according to the complainant. Kumar further wrote in his complaint that when his company had insisted on the due amount being cleared their staffers had been abused. As per information received, the Delhi-based pharma company duped another company based in SIIDCUL Haridwar.
