In latest news from Dehradun, a female health employee Chitra Bhandari (46) working at Doon Hospital as ANM collapsed while on duty. She was rushed to the hospital’s Emergency ward where the in-charge Dr N S Bisht declared her dead. He further said she might have died of heart attack or pneumonia. Her colleagues said that she had been on sick leave on Monday, adding that she had suddenly fallen unconscious while on duty and she was bleeding from her mouth.
