In latest news from Uttarakhand, the Bageshwar district planning committee meeting presided over by the cabinet minister and the minister in charge of the district Saurabh Bahuguna approved department-wise allocations totalling Rs 59 crore 63 lakh. All the senior district level officers, including the district magistrate, were present.
While Rs 16 crore 22 lakh was approved for PWD the sum approved for Jal Sansthan is Rs five crore 95 lakh and Rs 85 lakh was approved for Pey Jal. Rupees 2.45 lakh was approved for prathamik siksha while Rs 3.20 lakh, for madhyamik siksha.
