DSP Ankush Mishra gets Cyber Cop of the Year award

The Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) of Cyber Crime of Uttarakhand Special Task Force (STF) Ankush Mishra has been awarded the Cyber Cop of the Year award by the Data Security Council of India (DSCI) in Delhi. Mishra has made it to the top three cyber cops of the country along with K.N Yashavantha Kumar DSP Cyber Crime Division, Criminal Investigation Department of Karnataka and police inspector K. Ramesh from Andhra Pradesh.
Mishra was nominated for the award by the Director General of Police (DGP) Ashok Kumar from Uttarakhand. About 55 cases of cyber crimes were presented by the states who participated in the event out of which, top three cases were chosen as winners. Mishra received his award at 16th DSCI Excellence Awards in Delhi. The DGP also congratulated him on his achievement.
