ECI releases electoral roll of Uttarakhand after special summary revision -2025

 The election commission of India has published the final electoral roll of Uttarakhand based on the special summary revision plan- 2025. Informing the media persons, the additional chief electoral officer (ACEO) Vijay Kumar Jogdande said that based on the eligibility date of January 01, 2025, the State has a total of 84,29,459 voters. The State has 43,64,667 male, 40,64,488 female and 304 third gender voters.

He said that the State has 89,812 service voters ( 87,103 male and 27,103 females). He said that the State has 11,733 polling stations out of which 3,462 are in urban areas and 8,271 in the rural areas. Jogdande said that there are 1,44,400 voters in the 18-19 year age category, 16,27,026 in the 20-29 year age category and 22,67,477 in the 30- 39 year age category. Similarly 17,79,879 voters are in 39-49 year age category, 12,33,140 in 50-59 category, 7,80,589 in 60-69 year age category,  4,34,870 in  70 to 79 year category and 1,62,069 in above 80 years of age category voters.

The ACEO further informed that the State has 83,819 specially abled voters which include 51,877 male, 31,939 female and four third gender voters.

He said that the State has 68,112 voters who are above the age of 85 years.

Jogdande said that any resident of the State who is completing 18 years of age on April 1, July 1 and October 1, 2025 can get his or her name added in the voter list by filling the Form VI.

 The deputy CEO Kishan Singh Negi, Mukta Mishra and assistant CEO Mastudas were present on the occasion.
