The Election Commission of India (ECI) is set to announce the schedule for the upcoming assembly polls in Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Manipur, Uttarakhand, and Goa in a press conference at 3:30 pm today. The press conference will take place in Vigyan Bhawan after which the model code of conduct will be declared in these five poll-bound states. Out of the five states, four are led by Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) except Punjab which is led by Congress.
