Under the Delhi-Doon Expressway, an elephant corridor and a corridor for small and big wild animals are being made. The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is building such corridors for the passage of the wild animals. When completed, it is going to be the longest wild life corridor in Asia. Now, the work on the important expressway is going on in full swing. The ambitious project is likely to be completed by next year. After this expressway is constructed, it would take the commuters just two and half hours to travel between Delhi and Dehradun and vice versa.
