The Women Empowerment and Child Development (WECD) minister Rekha Arya said that the establishment of new Anganwadi centres will act as a milestone for the children. She said this while inaugurating the new Anganwadi centre at Gram Sabha Nawali Mauna located in Majkhali Mandal in Someshwar Assembly constituency on Thursday.
Speaking on the occasion, Arya said that the government provides assistance for the betterment children. Thinister said that she has given instructions to the departmental officers, stressing the importance of efficiently delivering the department’s schemes to every individual. She emphasised that the establishment of an Anganwadi centre in the area will serve as a significant milestone for the children residing there. Additionally, the Anganwadi centers are expected to play a crucial role in shaping the future of children in a more effective and efficient manner. She further added that under the leadership of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, both the government and the Women and Child Development Department are fully committed to strengthening the Anganwadi centres and ensuring the welfare of the Anganwadi workers.
