Ex- pvt secretary of CM arrested in cheating case

In latest news from Doon, the former private secretary of the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami P C Upadhyay was arrested by the Dehradun Kotwali police on the charge of duping people of crores of rupees in the name of approving tenders for medicines. While he was arrested from Mokampur area under Nehru Colony police station limits his accomplice identified as Saurabh Sharma was nabbed from Bhilwara district of Rajasthan. Police said they had arrested the duo on the basis of the swindling case lodged by the complainant Ramkewal, resident of SIIDCUL Haridwar, at Kotowali police station, Dehradun on March 9.
Police further said that during interrogation, the main accused had mentioned the name of Saurabh through whom he had allegedly got acquainted with the complainant and thereafter police picked him up too from Rajasthan.
