Gairola meets NSA in New Delhi

 The Sanskrit Education and Programme Implementation secretary Deepak Kumar Gairola met the National Security Advisor (NSA) Ajit Doval in New Delhi on Saturday. He informed the NSA about the activities of the departments headed by him and the social welfare measures adopted by these departments. Gairola also presented a book ‘Meri Yojana’ which mentions the centrally funded and State government’s welfare schemes.

  The secretary said that the NSA was informed about the ‘ government at your doorstep ‘ programme in which the district and divisional officers hold Chaupals in remote areas of the State and inform the villagers about different schemes of the government and their implementation.

Doval enquired about the students of Sanskrit education in the State and the employment opportunities they have. He praised the efforts of the Uttarakhand government to make use of artificial intelligence in Sanskrit education. Doval also assured the support of the Government of India in this endeavour.
