A large number of citizens communicated their grievances to the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami at his residence here on Tuesday.The chief minister heard their issues and directed the officials concerned to take required steps to resolve the public grievances. Dhami said that the swift redressal of public grievances is the responsibility of the officials. The officials are also responsible for ensuring that the citizens do not have to meet the chief minister repeatedly to get their issues resolved. Ensuring the swift redressal of public issues is also the moral responsibility of the officials, he added.
People from various socio-economic segments of society had visited the chief minister’s residence to communicate their issues to him. Dhami said that the State government is committed to ensuring everyone’s participation, development and trust while ensuring the redressal of their issues. He said that the government is also committed to ensuring the swift redressal of public grievances. “All the promises we have made to the public and the resolves we have taken for the development of the state, will be executed in a time manner,” said the chief minister. Dhami met every visitor and took cognisance of their problems. He assured them that their problems will be resolved as early as possible and also directed the officials concerned to do the needful.
