In latest news from Uttarakhand, the class- III student from Halduchaur Anshu Giri Goswami won the gold medal at the CBSE North Zone Boxing Championship. She trounced her rival Mahi from Bulandshahr of Uttar Pradesh by 6-1.
A total of 1051 students from 225 schools from across India participated in the competition.
