Philanthropic organisation, Hans Foundation has donated a sum of Rs 11 crore to the Uttarakhand chief minister’s relief fund. The amount has been donated for providing relief to the disaster affected people of the State. On Monday the founders of the Hans Foundation Mata Mangla Ji and Bhole Ji Maharaj met the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami at his camp office and handed over the cheque.
Expressing gratitude to the Hans Foundation, the CM said that Mata Mangla and Bhole Ji Maharaj always provide support to the State government from time to time. He said that the Hans Foundation always remains at forefront whenever the State is faced with any disaster or when help is required for the needy. Dhami said that the Hans Foundation was also very active in serving the society during the pandemic of Covid-19. He added that the foundation is contributing generously in the fields of education, health and others.
