Haridwar DM orders closure of colleges, varsities, coaching centres for 2 days

In latest news from Uttrakhand, the Haridwar district magistrate Dhiraj Singh Garbiyal has declared two-day holiday in all higher educational institutes, universities and coaching centres starting from July 12. The district administration ascribed this decision to the incessant rain and the ongoing Kanwad Yatra. Notably, on the order of the district administration, classes from 1 to 12 in all schools across the district would remain closed till July 17.
