In latest news from Dehradun, the name of the former Union minister and chief minister Harish Rawat was found missing in the voters list of the Ward number 76 where the veteran leader had cast his vote in the 2024 Lok Sabha election. Venting his frustration over the matter, he said that the ruling BJP was in the forefront of having the names of the opposition leaders deleted from the electoral rolls. “I have been stunned but I would not blame the Election Commission,” he quipped.
