The state health department has deployed 26 doctors on a rotation basis in the disaster affected Joshimath city. The health secretary, R Rajesh Kumar said that every help is being provided to the affected families in Joshimath. He said two psychologists are also deployed in Joshimath city so that the mentally affected by the disaster can be given counselling. The health secretary said that director Garhwal has been deputed in Joshimath who is working in coordination with the district administration for betterment of the health services in the land subsidence affected Joshimath city.
