Health secretary Pankaj Kumar Pandey has also tested positive for Covid-19. He got tested on feeling unwell a day ago. Pandey is under isolation and undergoing treatment for the infection. It is pertinent to mention here that there has been an 8-times increase in daily cases during the past seven days in Uttarakhand.
