Considering the surge in Covid-19 cases, the Hemkund Yatra in Chamoli district has been postponed.
According to the Gurudwara management trust, considering the status of the pandemic, the situation in the nation and state is not conducive for the Yatra which was earlier slated to start on May 10.
The new date for the start of the Yatra has not been decided yet and will be announced after it is finalised.
