Hinduja Group to assist State in various works
Chairman of the Hinduja Group, PP Hinduja met chief minister Trivendra Singh Rawat at the CM residence here on Thursday to discuss various issues related to the state’s development. Rawat expected cooperation from Hinduja in establishing a Vedic school, aspects of health and water conservation in the state.
Hinduja assured the CM of cooperation through the Hinduja Foundation in establishing a Vedic school in Uttarakhand and development of health facilities in the state through the Hinduja hospital, Mumbai. He also assured the CM of cooperation in setting up a city akin to a Swiss city in Devprayag, assisting in maintenance of the government school near Parmarth Niketan and Chaurasi Kutia, and providing banking technology to cooperative banks with the help of Indusind Bank. The CM’s industrial advisor KS Panwar, Ajay Hinduja, DK Singh of Ashok Leyland and others were also present on the occasion.
