HNB medical education varsity to fill vacant posts by deputation

All the vacant non academic posts in the Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna (HNB) Medical Education University would be filled by the process of deputation till the permanent appointments are made in the university. The university would organise its convocation ceremony in the month of November this year.
The above orders were given by the Health Minister Dhan Singh Rawat during his visit to the HNB Medical education university campus, Selaqui on Monday. The minister took a review meeting with the officials of the university. In the meeting he minister ordered that the work on the construction of the boundary wall of the university should be completed without delay and said that the Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the construction of residence of Vice Chancellor (VC) and staff quarters for other officers and employees of the university should be prepared and sent to the State administration for approval without delay. He said that the university has many vacant posts in the administrative, accountancy and ministerial cadre and all these posts should be filled by process of deputation/ transfers till the permanent appointments are made. The minister said that he had directed the universities to organise convocation ceremonies every year so that the students get their degrees on time. He said that the HNB medical education university should organise the convocation in the month of November. The minister directed the university administration to provide the mark-sheets, degrees and other certificates through the digi-locker. The minister also offered his floral tributes at the statue of the former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh (UP) Late HN Bahuguna.
The Vice Chancellor of the university Dr Hem Chandra Pandey, Registrar Dr M K Pant, examination controller Vijay Juyal, finance controller Khajan Pandey and others accompanied the minister during the visit.
