The Haridwar-Roorkee Development Authority (HRDA) vice-president Anshul Singh said that they are preparing playgrounds and parking zones under flyovers and bridges as part of the beautification plan on the chief minister’s instruction. He further said that basketball, badminton, football courts, skating ring and parking spaces are being built under the Saptarishi flyover in Haridwar which would start operating on the occasion of Mahashivratri fair, adding that the parking space would have the capacity for over
1500 vehicles.
