Himalayan School of Management Studies (HSMS) in association with Swami Rama Himalayan University (SRHU) hosted a business conclave- Manthan Business Conclave- in Dehradun attended by a number of professionals and experts in the field. Inaugurated by the HSMS principal Mohit Verma, the keynote address of the conclave was delivered by the chairman of Uttarakhand PHDCCI Hemant Kocher who focused on the significance of positive energy management, passion, hard work and relationship bonding in achieving professional success.
The first panel discussion centered on developing vital skills for success in a dynamic workplace. The panel comprised BRIDCUL GM (HR) Anup Kumar; head of operations at Tupperware India Private Limited Shyamal Chatterji and ITC HR manager Roshan Rana.
The second panel discussion explored the theme ‘Fostering Entrepreneurial Mindsets’. The panellists included CEO, Jivisa Wellness Sarika Panchi, founder of Pathal Stays Golki Chandola and founder of Bong Twist Kitchenette Suvendu Barai.
The SRHU vice-chancellor Rajendra Dobhal dwelt on the entrepreneurial ecosystem, its opportunities and challenges.
