IAS officers made district in-charges for all 13 districts
Acceleration of development pace expected from this move

In latest news from Doon, buoyed by the clean sweep of the ruling party in Uttarakhand Lok Sabha poll, the Pushkar Singh Dhami government has issued a significant order, making it clear for one and all that it would go all-out to accelerate the pace of development across the State.
The order appointed IAS officers as district in-charges for all the 13 districts and it is meant to facilitate better coordination between the State government and the district administration. The order further states that all the district in-charges are expected to remain in touch with their respective districts, visit the districts regularly and help the government deal with the specific problems of the respective districts.
The officers appointed as district in-charges:
- Brijesh Kumar Saint given the responsibility of Haridwar
- Responsibility of Nainital assigned to El Fanai
- Sachin Kurve made in-charge of Tehri Garhwal
- Ranjit Kumar Sinha given the responsibility of Pithoragarh
- Responsibility of Rudraprayag given to R.Rajesh Kumar
- Radhika Jha assigned the responsibility of Dehradun
- Dilip Jawalkar appointed in-charge of Pauri Garhwal
- B V R C C Purushottam given the responsibility of Udham Singh Nagar
- Pankaj Kumar Pandey made in-charge of Almora
- Chandresh Kumar Yadav given the responsibility of Champawat
- V Shanmugam assigned the responsibility of Uttarkashi
- Vinod Kumar Suman was given the responsibility of Bageshwar
- Dipendra Kumar Chaudhary made in-charge of Chamoli
