IIM Kashipur has joined the CFA Institute University Affiliation Programme joining the league of other 7 IIMs. According to the programme specifications, IIM Kashipur will be incorporating at least 70 per cent of the CFA Programme Candidate Body of Knowledge (CBOK) into the curriculum of the two-year Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme. After passing the CFA exam at the end of the course, students will obtain the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, which has become a respected and recognised investment credential in the world.
The CFA Programme is the global standard for improving the skills, standards, competence, and integrity of financial analysts, portfolio managers, investment advisers and other investment professionals worldwide. IIM Kashipur through this affiliation comes up with the goal to create an environment where investors’ interests come first, markets function at their best and economies grow.
