In latest news from Uttarakhand, Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kashipur hosted a TEDx event themed “Dwell and Conquer”. The institute’s office bearers said that the event featured diverse speakers who brought in a rich tapestry of ideas. The technology and human potential digital transformation leader and technology and innovation specialist, Vartul Mittal connected technology with human potential while an HR-turned-author Jyoti Jha recounted her journey from corporate corridors to literary acclaim. An IIM Calcutta alumnus and vice president at EXL Analytics Gaurav Kejriwal also spoke on the occasion about the transformative power of data across marketing, risk and product analytics. A literary critic- turned- author Nitish Raj explored literature, entrepreneurship and storytelling, while a business leader Kanishk Agrawal blended expertise in technology, design thinking, and business agility. English author and constitutional lawyer Vadhan dwelt on mysteries through his storytelling while Broadway Infotech’s leader Ashwani Dhawan shared insights into reshaping innovation and change and the founder of Mile Active Harshita Rao Motaparthi spoke of her journey from a leap of faith to building a community based Activewear brand. Besides, Major Prajakta Desai of the Indian Army’s Corps of Army Aviation shared her journey as the first woman officer to qualify as a UAV observer pilot.
