The Institute of Management Studies (IMS), Roorkee held various events to mark its silver jubilee. Presiding over the programme, the institute director D Baby Moses said that this institute is the first in Uttarakhand which was recognised by AICTE. Those who studied from the institution are working in important positions not only in the state but also in the country and abroad while many former students are contributing in the economic progress of the country by doing their own business.
During the programme, the topper students of the institute were honoured with prizes and certificates. An alumni meet was also organised during which the alumni shared their experiences and guided the students. The students also presented a variety of cultural performances during the silver jubilee celebrations.
