The stall of the department of Information and Public Relations also attracted attention in the 30th Virasat festival. Students, locals and youngsters visited the stall to take information about various schemes of the State government.
The department provided comprehensive information about the schemes of the central and the State government. The officers of the department claim that information was provided with the help of digital screen, poster, videos and interactive display in a simple and interesting manner. The visitors were also informed about the benefits of various schemes and the process of application.
The youngsters visiting the stall appreciated the display of the various schemes and information provided in the stall. One of the visitors said that the stall was effective in providing awareness about government schemes. He said that the stall of department of Information and Public Relations provided a platform for information dissemination
