Light to moderate rainfall/thundershowers are likely to occur at a few places in the mountains regions and at isolated places in the plains with intense showers possible at isolated places in the districts on Wednesday.
According to the State meteorological centre, the provisional State capital Dehradun is likely to witness partly cloudy skies today. Further, light rain/thundershowers are likely to occur. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be about 34 degrees Celsius and 23 degrees Celsius respectively in Dehradun on Wednesday.
The maximum and minimum temperatures recorded at various places on Tuesday were 33.7 degrees Celsius and 22.8 degrees Celsius respectively in Dehradun, 33.2 degrees Celsius and 26.2 degrees Celsius in Pantnagar, 21 degrees Celsius and 14.9 degrees Celsius in Mukteshwar and 24.8 degrees Celsius and 17.4 degrees Celsius respectively in New Tehri.
