The State meteorological centre has issued a warning (watch) regarding the possibility of thunderstorm/lightning with intense showers likely to occur at isolated places in the mountains of Uttarakhand today. Apart from this, light to moderate rainfall/thundershowers are likely to occur at a few places in the mountains and at isolated places in plains of the State today. The provisional State capital Dehradun is forecast to experience generally cloudy sky. Light to moderate rain/thundershowers are likely to occur in some areas. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be about 29 degrees Celsius and 22 degrees Celsius respectively in Dehradun on Sunday.
