Investors Summit: CM meets real estate investors

In latest news from Dehradun, the State chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami met the real estate investors and discussed housing projects against the backdrop of the Global Investors Summit 2023 slated in December. He said that the summit is going to play a crucial role in accelerating the pace of the State’s economic development. “We are chalking out developmental roadmap for the next 25 years and the State government is in constant touch with the investors. We have already firmed up 27 new policies regarding industries and investment in the State and are making the single widow system more effective by further simplifying policies,” he said.
He further said that the suggestions from the real estate investors received would be incorporated in the future policies. “Uttarakhand showcases a conducive investment climate in terms of good road, rail and air connectivity and this is why the investors are evincing growing interest in the State,” Dhami said. Speaking on the occasion, the State finance minister Prem Chand Agarwal said that the State government is all set to make Uttarakhand a leading state in every index of development by 2025, adding that they were leaving no stone unturned to simplify the policies for the investors.
