Dehradun based Padma Shri recipient orthopaedic surgeon Dr BKS Sanjay was felicitated by the Indian Orthopaedic Association (IOA) during its 66th annual convention in Goa. More than 5,000 orthopedic surgeons from across India participated in this conference. Dr Sanjay thanked IOA chairman Dr B Shivshankar and other office bearers. He told journalists on the occasion that that he will continue to work for reducing disability and raise awareness to prevent road accidents while also stepping up his efforts. “We should learn and obey the road traffic rules. If everyone does this then it will be a good example of nation building contribution,” he said.
