IPR orientation event held in Motherhood University

An orientation programme on intellectual property rights was inaugurated at the Motherhood University by its vice chancellor Narendra Sharma on Tuesday. The university’s director (Academic Affairs) VK Singh spoke on copyright, patent, design, trademark and other related aspects in detail. The students were informed in detail about intellectual property rights and its uses. Stress was also laid on the need to check the proclivity to violate copyright and enhance the morality of researchers. Speaking on the occasion, Sharma appreciated the programme being held as part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. He elicited focus on the importance of intellectual property rights and expressed his views on it.
