IPS officer Tripti Bhatt gives IAS tips to Patanjali University students

While addressing a special session organised at Patanjali University on topics related to UPSC Civil Services Examination and career, the commandant of Uttarakhand PAC 40th Battalion, Tripti Bhatt who became an IPS by clearing the Civil Services Examination 2013 in her first attempt exhorted the students to create a strong and positive study environment for the preparation of civil services examinations. Emphasising the importance of the ‘Power of Consistency’, she said that discipline, confidence and patience are the keys to success. Also, she underlined the importance of mental toughness, dedication and the right attitude in this examination.

She gave detailed information to the students about time management, subject selection, answer writing skills, preparation for current affairs, role of mock tests and importance of self-evaluation.

The students asked her important questions related to UPSC exam strategy, study material, optional subject selection, answer writing technique and interview preparation.

Among those present at the interactive programme was the vice-chancellor of Patanjali University, Mayank Kumar Agarwal.
