Jakson Solar holds EPC meet to boost U’khand’s green energy capacity

Jakson Solar, a subsidiary of the energy and infrastructure solutions company Jakson Group headquartered in Noida, hosted a meet for EPC players in Dehradun recently. This event spotlighted the company’s role for adoption of renewable energy in Uttarakhand, leveraging the benefits of the Mukhayamantri Saur Swarojgar Yojna, a Jakson Group release said. The event was attended by government officers and over 40 EPC companies based in Uttarakhand and they evinced interest to collaborate with Jakson Group to amplify the State’s renewable energy capacity. 

The projects, ranging from the 500 KWp solar initiative at Dhari village to the four MW hillside installation, mark strides in conserving the local ecology, the release stated and added that another standout effort is the dedicated solar power plant at Jolly Grant airport in Dehradun. 

Highlighting Jakson’s contributions to the renewable sector, head-key accounts sales at Jakson Solar Mradul Gupta said that their initiatives in Uttarakhand were meant to maintain the State’s natural splendour as a clean and green State.
