JB Institute of Technology organised an industry-academy meet here on Saturday which was inaugurated by the vice- chancellor of Uttarakhand Technical University Onkar Singh.
In his address Singh said that such events should be organised in the interests of the students as these would enable them to get specific information about the fast-expanding industrial world. He urged the institute to continue organising such events in the coming days.
Incubation head, Government Institute of Medical Sciences, Uttar Pradesh, Rahul Singh asked the students to innovate. He said that with this era belonging to technology, the students should use the developing technology to enhance the standard of living of the common people.
The vice- chairman of the institute Sandeep Singhal also addressed the students during the meet.
