The Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami showed grit just ahead of the budget session of the Assembly slated in Gairsain as the Junior Engineer recruitment exam under UKPSC was postponed. This move is being seen by observers as part of the recent paper leakage scam involving the recruitment examinations of the state.
The state government sources said that the JE exam would be held later under a new format sans interview in sync with the CM’s recent announcement. The chairman of UKPSC Rakesh Kumar said that they themselves had intimated the state government about suspected irregularities in the JE recruitment exam. The reason behind the irregularity suspicion is that the main accused of the patwari\lekhpal recruitment exam was also involved in the JE recruitment exam system.
