Jogendra Bora from Haldwani to act as referee at international boxing competitions

In latest Uttarakhand news, it is a well-known fact that Uttarakhand as a State holds an exalted status in the realms of martial and sports talents. Now boxing has been added. The ROC chairman of Uttarakhand Boxing Association Jogendra Bora has passed the international boxing referee qualification test.  He originally hails from Pithoragarh though he is currently settled in Haldwani. The test was conducted in Kathmandu by International Boxing Association. Notably, Singh has been acting as a boxing competition referee at the national level since 2010.
