Taking a stern note of dereliction of duties, misbehaviour and financial irregularities, the State administration has suspended Joint Director, Panchayati Raj department Rajiv Kumar Nath Tripathi. The suspension order was issued by secretary Panchayati Raj H C Semwal on Monday.
