In latest news from Doon, the Journalist Union of Uttarakhand celebrated Holi Milan at the Officers Club in Yamuna Colony. Inaugurated by the chairman of Doon International School, D S Mann, it featured speech by noted litterateur and director of Vishwa Samvad Kendra, Vijay Kumar Juneja. He in his speech dwelt on the history of the festival of colour.
