The Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) president Karan Mahara led the Congress workers in paying homage to the martyrs at Martyrs memorial, Cheer Bagh on the occasion of Kargil Victory day on Wednesday. Taking a dig at the then government, the PCC president said that those in power didn’t take the information provided by the intelligence system due to which the Pakistani troops occupied higher positions in the mountains.
