Kasiga School celebrated its 16th annual day festival titled ‘Cultural Twilight – An Awakening’ through a number of programmes, including exhibitions, drama presentation and award ceremony, organised to mark the day. The organisers of the event said that a noted Supreme Court advocate and academician Aditya Sondhi was present as the chief guest. They further said that while the school’s orchestra Melodispora presented musical performance the drama ‘Ashoka’ staged on the occasion portrayed the transformative journey of the Emperor from a heartless warrior to a compassionate ruler following his enlightenment. Besides, some students were awarded for their academic achievements. Among those present during the fest were the chairman Ramesh Batta, directors Siddharth Batta and Chandani Batta and head of the school Surendra Singh Rajput.
