Noted Kathavachak Dhirendra Shastri arrived at Badrinath on Sunday. He is slated to deliver a three-day Hanuman Katha at the Parmarth Lok Ashram in Badrinath. Shastri was welcomed by ascetics and devotees in the temple township. The Kathavachak reached the Khak Chowk Ashram where he was welcomed by its founder Balak Yogeshwar Das and other ascetics. He also met devotees who had come here to meet him.
The Badrinath-Kedarnath Temple Committee media in-charge Harish Gaur said that the popular Kathavachak may visit the Badrinath temple in the evening to pay his obeisance to the lord.
