The Bharatiya Janata Party state president and Haridwar MLA Madan Kaushik inaugurated a Covid vaccination drive organised by Max super speciality hospital,Dehradun in Haridwar. The vaccination centre has been set up at Jawaharlal Nehru National Youth Centre.
Commenting on the need to launch this centre, Dr Sandeep Singh Tanwar, vice president of operations and unit head said, “We all need to come together so we can put the pandemic behind us and the best contribution we can all make together in these trying times is to get everyone vaccinated as soon as possible and this drive is a step in that direction. The aim is to vaccinate over 300 people daily in this month-long drive. We have vaccinated more than 10,000 beneficiaries during various vaccination drives which have been organised over the past month. We look forward to a positive response from people in our drive against Covid-19.”

Encouraging everyone to take the vaccine, Dr Tanwar added, “Vaccination is the only way through which we can win this battle against Covid – 19.”
