While hailing the New Education Policy (NEP) 2020 being implemented by the Narendra Modi government, the noted educationist and Governor of Kerala Arif Mohammed Khan said that India is heading the pinnacle of development on the strength of its youth power awakened by the NEP.
He was addressing a one-day workshop on the NEP at Shri Venkateshwara University in Meerut as special guest on Wednesday. He also lauded the string of schemes dished out by the Centre to nurture the young sporting talents of the country.
Further, he commended the role of the Prime Minister in gathering the leaders of the world’s largest economies in India while helming the G-20 summit with missionary zeal. Khan was felicitated on the occasion for his erudition and nationalism.
Among those who were present at the workshop included the chairman of the Venkateshwara Group of Institutions Sudhir Giri, the pro-chancellor of Shri Venkateshwara University Rajeev Tyagi, renowned academician Habib Haider, principal advisor to the chairman of Shri Venkateshwara Group of Institutions Prof V P S Arora and the president of All India Sahitya Parishad Yatindra Kataria.
