Kick-starting campaign, PM pledges development galore for U’khand

In latest news from Uttarakhand, while kick-starting his electoral canvassing in Uttarakhand from Rudrapur in Udham Singh Nagar district, the Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that if elected again, his government would go the whole hog to help this State march apace on the path of development and become one of the leading states of the country in terms of development. Lauding Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand as the fount of his inspiration, he said that he needed the blessing of its people the most in fulfilling his pledge to the country.

While dwelling on the string of development projects being implemented in the State by the Centre in conjunction with the State government, he averred that the development works the State has witnessed over the past ten years have outshone the same done in the past 60/65 years.
