Addressing the media persons, he said that the public is aware of how much work Kothiyal has done for people of Gangotri and in other regions of Uttarkashi. He said that everyone knows about the rehabilitation and reconstruction at Kedarnath after the 2013 tragedy. With Kothiyal, he added, the public of Gangotri and Uttarakhand will receive a viable option of the leader and the political party that actually works for the development of people.
He said that the party of the MLA who wins here makes the government in the state according to the political history of Gangotri. He said, “Give a chance to AAP and Kothiyal this time to work for the development of people rather than the other political parties who have failed to do any significant work in over two decades.” Kothiyal also asserted that Gangotri is his Karmbhoomi and he will make Uttarakhand the state everybody dreamed of 21 years ago if he wins the election next year.
