The vice-chancellor of Kumaun University Prof Diwan Singh Rawat conducted a surprise inspection of the examination centres at Rudrapur Degree College and Haldwani’s MBPG Degree College. He looked satisfied with the arrangements made for fair and smooth conduct of the examinations. However, he gave many exam-related directives to the principals and controllers of examinations of both the institutions. He urged all concerned to ensure peaceful examinations. He expressed satisfaction over the fact that adequate number of invigilators was present at both the examination centres.
