Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) ONGC, Dehradun, celebrated the 76th Republic Day, commemorating the adoption of the Constitution by the people of India. The principal KV ONGC S K Dhiman hoisted the national flag. The bandwidth of the cultural activities included patriotic songs and dance performance presented by the students of both primary and secondary students. Besides, the students delivered speeches in both Hindi and English which dwelt on the national significance of the day. A senior teacher also spoke of the day’s importance for the nation.
The day concluded with the school’s principal speaking to the gathering. He exhorted the students to build their future life on the foundation of strong character.
